Why this matters
A passport file is held by a Central authority (RPO/MEA). A land record is held by your state revenue department. Filing the wrong one wastes 30 days. Use this hub to find the right state guide before drafting.

- Maharashtra & Karnataka: most-used portals, fastest disposal, Marathi/Kannada UI
