When the portal fails
- Take a screenshot of the failure (payment timeout, page error)
- Switch to Speed Post filing (₹10 IPO + ₹22 postage = ₹32 total)
- Speed Post receipt is gold-standard evidence of filing date
- File First Appeal also by Speed Post (do not rely on portal escalation)
