Delete your account & data
This page lets you request deletion of your RTI Wiki account and associated personal data for both the website and the Android / iOS app, which share one account. You do not need to be logged in. There is no charge.
Published by Bighelpers Software and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the RTI Wiki app (in.righttoinformation.wiki) and website.
What gets deleted
Permanently removed
- Your account: username, email, display name, password hash, and any linked Google sign-in
- CPD learning data: course enrolments, module & quiz progress, scores, simulator submissions, and your CPD/PIO certificate record and holder name
- Saved items, bookmarks, Case Desk drafts, transcripts, notes and generated results tied to the account
- Your download history and tool-usage tied to your account
- Newsletter subscription and push-notification subscription
Kept, and why
- Isolated disaster-recovery copies until they expire through the applicable backup cycle; they are not used for ordinary account access
- Public forum / community posts: anonymised (your name removed) to keep discussion threads intact — or fully deleted if you ask in the note below
- Anonymous, aggregate counts (e.g. total page views) that do not identify you
- A restricted deletion-request record containing the reference, supplied account identifiers, request time/status and technical anti-abuse data, retained only for verification, security and compliance
App privacy note: the RTI Wiki Android app contains no AdMob advertising SDK, does not access the Android Advertising ID and contains no app analytics SDK. The public website has its own privacy notice.
