1. Register at Anganwadi / govt hospital — Within first trimester for full benefit.
2. Submit Form 1A + KYC — Aadhaar of mother + father + bank account + MCP card.
3. Anganwadi worker submits to PMMVY-CAS — Online application; you receive an ID.
4. First instalment after verification — Rs 3,000 credited 60-90 days of registration.
5. Second instalment after first ANC + 6 months — Rs 2,000 credited.
6. On second-child-girl birth — File fresh Form 1A; Rs 6,000 in single instalment.
