1. Visit eshram.gov.in — Self-register or visit nearest CSC.
2. Aadhaar OTP eKYC — Auto-fills name, DoB, gender, address.
3. Fill occupation + bank details — 396+ occupation codes (NCO 2015).
4. Submit + receive UAN immediately — e-Shram card downloadable as PDF.
5. Auto-enrol in PMSBY — Rs 2L accident insurance — free first year.
6. Annual update — Update employment / address yearly.
