  2. Apply via bank during home loan — Banks process CLSS automatically when sanctioning home loan. Apply directly to bank.
  3. Bank sends claim to Central Nodal Agency — NHB/HUDCO process the subsidy.
  4. Subsidy credited to loan account — Reduces principal outstanding; EMI drops accordingly.
