1. Check rejection level — scholarships.gov.in → Application Status → IV/DNO/SNO/Ministry stage. Reason note.
2. If IV pending — Visit college Office; ask Principal to action. RTI to Principal if no movement after 15 days.
3. If caste/income cert issue — Re-upload corrected version (current year, PDF < 500 KB, signed).
4. If marks below cut-off — Submit re-evaluated marksheet OR clarify in remarks if scheme has any relaxation.
5. If Aadhaar-bank de-linked — Visit bank; link via NPCI mapper. 2-3 days. Re-submit on portal.
6. Re-submit before window closes — Most schemes have re-application window. Pre-2nd-tranche fixes save the year.
