लेकिन आरटीआई केवल भाषा लिखने का काम नहीं है। आरटीआई प्रक्रिया का काम है। सही लोक प्राधिकारी, सही लोक सूचना अधिकारी, सही रिकॉर्ड, सही समय-सीमा, सही अपील और सही आधार। यहाँ एक गलत शब्द, गलत कार्यालय, गलत धारा या गलत समय-सीमा पूरे प्रयास को पटरी से उतार सकती है।
इसीलिए यह पुस्तक कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता के विरोध में नहीं है। यह पुस्तक उस जगह खड़ी है जहाँ कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता की सीमा शुरू होती है।
