1. Check status at pmkisan.gov.in — Beneficiary Status → see reason: “eKYC pending”, “Aadhaar de-mapped”, “Land seeding pending”, “Excluded”.
2. Do eKYC immediately — pmkisan.gov.in → eKYC → Aadhaar OTP. If OTP fails: biometric eKYC at CSC (Rs 25).
3. Re-link Aadhaar to bank (NPCI mapping) — Visit bank with Aadhaar. Bank submits to NPCI. 2-3 days for activation.
4. Land record name fix — Apply mutation correction at Tehsildar OR update Aadhaar to match Bhulekh. Aadhaar update via myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in (Rs 50).
5. If excluded category disputed — Appeal to State Nodal Officer with proof: latest IT return showing not a taxpayer / non-govt employment cert.
6. If land ownership disputed — Submit family settlement deed / partition cert; fresh Patwari verification.
7. RTI to Block Agriculture Officer — For: rejection rationale, Patwari report, exclusion criteria applied.
8. CPGRAMS parallel — pgportal.gov.in → category Agriculture → PM-KISAN. Time-bound disposal.
