Step-by-step
- Open the official Indane, Bharat Gas or HP Gas portal or app.
- Log in or search with your registered mobile number, request ID or consumer application reference.
- Check KYC, document verification, payment, safety inspection and cylinder delivery stage.
- Call or visit the assigned distributor if KYC or delivery is pending beyond the normal local timeline.
- For unresolved delay, ask for written status and complaint number.
