4. Save the online claim receipt, claim ID, screenshots of the service record and every rejection message. Do not share your OTP or full Aadhaar with an intermediary.
5. If the portal gives no reason, lodge an EPFiGMS grievance against the correct EPFO office and attach the claim ID and concise evidence.
6. If EPFiGMS remains pending for more than 15 days, EPFO's contact page tells users to send the reference and specific grievance to [email protected].
