Subhadra Yojana online apply 2026: Odisha portal guide
If you searched Subhadra Yojana online apply and landed on a status page, that page checks a file you already have. This page is the apply route. The official home page at subhadra.odisha.gov.in, read in the shipped site code on 11 September 2026, shows Official Login and Application Status. There is no separate Apply Online button on that home screen.
Quick answer
- Where. Only subhadra.odisha.gov.in. Lookalikes are common.
- Online. Press Official Login. Complete Aadhaar and OTP. Then open New Application and Submit New Application. The form labels the first field Aadhaar Number.
- Offline. Take a free printed form at an Anganwadi centre, Block office, ULB office, Mo Seba Kendra or Common Service Centre. Submit it at the nearest Mo Seba Kendra, Ama Seba Kendra or CSC.
- Fee. The portal FAQ says the form is free, and there is no fee at CSCs or ASKs.
- After you apply. CSC or ASK staff print a system-generated acknowledgement with a unique ID. Check that file on Subhadra status, not here.
- Helpline. 14678, printed on the home page.
Last reviewed 11 September 2026. RTI Wiki is an independent citizen guide, not the Government of Odisha and not an application desk. We cannot file your form, open your Aadhaar or release a payment. Never type Aadhaar, bank details or OTPs in comments. The cover is an illustration.

This is not the status page
Search for “subhadra yojana online apply 2026” currently hits Subhadra Yojana status. That guide is for instalments, DBT rows and Rejected or Under Process labels. Use it after you have an acknowledgement.

What the home page actually shows
SUBHADRA is Odisha's women's cash scheme, run by the Women and Child Development Department. The portal title is Subhadra Yojana | ସୁଭଦ୍ରା ଯୋଜନା. The home page prints Helpline - 14678.
The citizen buttons in the shipped code, checked on 11 September 2026 without logging in, are:
- Official Login
- Application Status
The same code also carries operator entries CSC Login and ASK Login. Those are for centre staff, not for you.
A New Application item sits in a logged-in menu, next to Submitted Applications and Re e-KYC List. This review did not complete a citizen login, so it does not invent later form screens. It quotes the labels that are in the portal code.
Do not start from a forwarded “Apply Online” URL. The portal is a single-page application. Deep links often fail. Open subhadra.odisha.gov.in each time.
How to apply online on the official portal
Step 1. Confirm the address.
Type subhadra.odisha.gov.in yourself. Sites that only put “Subhadra Yojana” in the title are not the government.
Step 2. Press Official Login.
Application Status is the other citizen button. It checks an existing file. It does not open a new form.
Step 3. Aadhaar and OTP.
The New Application form in the portal code labels the first field Aadhaar Number, marked required. The OTP has to reach the mobile linked to that Aadhaar. Do not read the OTP to a caller, an agent or this website.
If you have no Aadhaar, the portal FAQ says you must enrol for Aadhaar before applying. If Aadhaar data is wrong, the FAQ says correct the Aadhaar first.
Step 4. New Application, then Submit New Application.
After login, the portal card titled New Application says: “To apply for a new application, please click the button below. This will guide you through the application process, where you will be asked to provide citizen information, as well as supporting documents.”
The button is Submit New Application.
This review did not fill a live form, so it does not invent later field names. Trust the screen on the official domain.
Step 5. Keep the acknowledgement.
The portal FAQ says: on successful submission of the application form on the online portal by CSC or ASK personnel, a system-generated acknowledgement receipt is printed and given to the applicant, with a unique ID for tracking. Ask for that paper even if an operator typed the form.
Then check the file on Subhadra status.
How to apply offline, free of cost
The portal FAQ and the on-site Guidelines text agree that printed forms are free.
- Sufficient pre-printed forms are to be available free at Anganwadi Centres, Block Offices, Urban Local Body Offices, Mo Seba Kendras and Common Service Centres.
- Another FAQ line says printed forms shall be available free at all Anganwadi Centres and CDPO Offices.
- Fill the form and submit it at the nearest Mo Seba Kendra / Common Service Centre. One FAQ line also names Ama Seba Kendra / Common Service Centre.
- FAQ 13: forms are free, and applicants are not required to pay any fees at any distribution centre.
- FAQ 14: no fee while submitting at CSCs or ASKs.
If an operator asks for money to “speed up” SUBHADRA, refuse. Call 14678. The portal FAQ on fraud says any attempt to misguide applicants will be viewed seriously, with stringent action.
Take with you:
- Aadhaar, or proof you have enrolled
- The mobile that receives Aadhaar OTPs
- Details of a single-holder bank account in your name that can be Aadhaar-seeded and DBT-enabled
The Guidelines and the status guide both say Aadhaar wins if the form and Aadhaar disagree.
Who can apply
Keep this short. The full exclusion list lives on the status page, drawn from the SUBHADRA Guidelines of August 2024.
You must be a woman resident of Odisha, 21 years or more and less than 60 on the qualifying date, by the date of birth in Aadhaar.
The economic test has two routes: your family is covered under NFSA or SFSS, or, with no such card, family income is not more than Rs 2.50 lakh a year. The portal FAQ says women from NFSA or SFSS families can apply if they meet the other conditions. It also says a family income above Rs 2.50 lakh makes a woman ineligible.
Qualifying date, as the portal FAQ prints it. Cut-off 01.07.2024 for financial year 2024-25, and 01.04.2025 for financial year 2025-26. This review did not find a printed 2026-27 cut-off in that FAQ. Confirm the year that applies to you on the portal or at 14678.
If you are not yet 21, the FAQ says apply in a later year when you meet the age. If you apply later and are found eligible, the FAQ says you receive two instalments of that financial year, irrespective of the date of application.
Do not treat a forwarded “last date” as official. This page does not invent an application window.
Documents the portal FAQ names
FAQ 17: applicants need an Aadhaar number and an Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
FAQ 19: if you do not have a DBT-enabled bank account, open an account in your own name and ensure it is Aadhaar-seeded and DBT-enabled.
The Guidelines, as already used on the status page, add a single-holder Aadhaar-enabled and DBT-enabled account in the beneficiary's name. That is the account the money can reach. See DBT and Aadhaar-bank mapping if you need to check seeding. That guide does not file the SUBHADRA form.
After you apply
A unique ID on an acknowledgement is not a payment. Application Status on the home page is the check. The portal FAQ says you can also ask at the nearest Ama Seba Kendra or Common Service Centre.
Approved, Under Process, Rejected, e-KYC PENDING and Payment Failed are explained on Subhadra status. Do not paste Aadhaar into a random “beneficiary list PDF” site.
Common mistakes
- Using a lookalike. Only subhadra.odisha.gov.in was treated as official here.
- Pressing Application Status to apply. That button checks a file.
- Using CSC Login or ASK Login as a citizen. Those are operator logins in the portal code.
- Paying for a free form. FAQ 13 and 14 say no fee.
- Leaving without the printed unique ID. FAQ 15 says CSC or ASK staff print the acknowledgement after they submit on the portal.
- Handing over the OTP. The OTP belongs on the official page only.
- Applying without Aadhaar. FAQ 35: enrol for Aadhaar first.
- Inventing a last date from a forwarded message. Confirm on the portal or 14678.
Helpline, grievance and RTI
- 14678, on the home page. The portal FAQ says the call centre is for grievance redressal, feedback and information.
- Written grievance: the status guide records that the Guidelines integrate the portal grievance system with janasunani.odisha.gov.in.
- Women and Child Development Department contacts already verified on the status page: (0674) 2536775 and [email protected].
RTI obtains the file. It cannot force approval. If the centre took a form and you have no unique ID, ask the District Social Welfare Officer or the Women and Child Development Department for the dated receipt entry and the recorded status. Ordinary reply time is 30 days under section 7(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. See how to file RTI in Odisha and RTI for a scheme delay.
Sample RTI request
To: The State Public Information Officer, District Social Welfare Officer / Women and Child Development Department, Odisha
Subject: SUBHADRA application records for [unique ID or Aadhaar enrolment reference, as on the acknowledgement]
Under section 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, please provide copies of:
1. The dated receipt or portal entry that the application was received. 2. The recorded status, with dates. 3. Any deficiency, rejection or approval note, with the reason recorded.
If a record is not held, please say so. If another public authority holds it, please transfer the relevant part under section 6(3).
Name and postal address: [in the prescribed fields] Date and signature: [as required]
Do not paste the full Aadhaar or bank account into this letter. Review a draft in the AI RTI Drafter. Check a reply with the PIO Reply Checker. For a first appeal, use the First Appeal Builder.
Illustrative situation, not a reported case. A woman gave a filled form at a CSC, paid nothing, and left without paper. The useful RTI is the dated receipt entry, not a demand that the portal “must approve”.
