Cyber fraud — call 1930 IMMEDIATELY

First 24 hours critical for transaction reversal.

FIR not registered

File §154(3) complaint to SP / DCP. Mandamus petition if denied.

Police misconduct

If the helpline does not resolve — file an RTI
