Tamil Nadu accepts Form A. Tamil preferred for state PAs. Online + postal both work.

- Tamil or English (Hindi rare in state PAs)
- BPL exemption with card copy
- Postal address mandatory

If submitted form is rejected / delayed — file an RTI
