+The Non-Technical Popular Categories recruitment is the Railways' largest graduate-and-undergraduate intake, run through Centralised Employment Notices that assign each candidate to one Railway Recruitment Board. Everything in the process is indexed by two numbers — the **CEN number** and your **registration number** — and every RTI, representation and document-verification notice runs on them. A query that quotes both numbers moves; one without them stalls.

+An RRB file is a database row, not a folder — queries fail when any of the four keys is missing:
+  - **The CEN number** — the recruitment's identity: stage, cut-offs and notices all hang on it.
