There is no payment gateway or card form. Verify the payee name in your UPI app before approving, pay the exact amount, and return to submit the successful UTR for bank verification.
RTI Wiki is reader-funded. Your support keeps this independent citizen guide free, ad-light, and updated with every legal amendment, cabinet rule change, and case-law development across India. We do not run paid ads against scheme money or sell user data. Every rupee goes into research, content updates and server costs. Donations are not tax-deductible (we are not a registered §80G organisation).
Secure website, bank-processed payment
Big Helpers is the payee; it does not process your payment. Your chosen UPI app/bank and ICICI Bank handle payment approval and settlement. Your UPI PIN, bank password and bank-login credentials remain inside your app or bank and are never received or stored by RTI Wiki.
The RTI Wiki payment page is served over HTTPS. After payment, Big Helpers receives only the UTR and contact email that you choose to submit. A typed UTR is not treated as proof: the team checks the UTR and exact amount against the ICICI account before sending an acknowledgement or activating any supporter benefit.
How to contribute
- Open the direct bank/UPI payment page.
- Choose an amount and verify the official Big Helpers payee in your UPI app, or scan the ICICI merchant QR on another device.
- Approve the payment only in your trusted UPI app. Never share your UPI PIN.
- Return to RTI Wiki and submit the successful bank UTR. Do not submit a pending or failed transaction.
- Wait for manual ICICI Bank verification. Please do not pay again while verification is pending.
