We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current. However:

  • Statutes change. Rules change. Case-law changes.
  • Some content may not reflect the latest amendments.
  • AI-generated content (AI Drafter, Outcome Predictor, etc.) may contain errors.

We disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, or suitability of any content for your purpose.

4. AI content

Tools that use AI (AI Drafter, AwaazRTI, Outcome Predictor, PIO Reply Checker, Explain Legal, RTI Research) generate output via large language models. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.

  • Always verify the AI-generated draft against the canonical template on the matching `/rti-for-X` page
  • Always verify section citations against the RTI Act 2005 text
  • Do not rely on AI output as final legal advice

6. Source attribution

Editorial content cites primary sources. Where datasets are mirrored from authoritative sources (sansad.in, NIC, etc.), the source URL is published with each dataset. We are not responsible for upstream data errors but will correct any propagated error within 14 days of notification.

7. User-generated content

Forum posts, Q&A answers, and comments are user-contributed and not editorially reviewed. They are clearly labelled as such. We moderate for abuse but do not vouch for accuracy.
