If you spot a factual error in any RTI Wiki article, please tell us. We correct material errors visibly within 48 hours. All non-trivial corrections are logged here.

Please include:
- URL of the article
- The exact statement you believe is wrong
- The corrected statement (or what is correct)
- The source supporting your correction (statute / judgment / circular / official record)
We acknowledge within 48 hours and either correct or explain why we will not within 7 days.

Public transparency about our errors is more credible than pretending we don't make any. Our editorial policy commits us to it.
