A Dream Card expresses an aspiration. It does not submit a complaint, track a government application, retrieve an RTI reply or guarantee action by an authority. For those needs, use the relevant official channel linked below.

- Complete this sentence: “I dream of an India where…” Be specific. A small, clear idea can be powerful.

You choose what leaves your device. Saving a card in the app does not send it to Big Helpers. Tagging an account or using a hashtag does not guarantee that a post will be seen or featured. You can imagine a better future while taking a practical step on a current problem.
- Checking a Central Government RTI request: use RTI Online's official View Status page. It asks for your registration number, email and security verification. Follow the portal's current instructions.
- Filing an RTI request or first appeal: DoPT's RTI Online portal supports Central Government public authorities. Its notice says not to submit State Government requests through that portal. Check the relevant state or authority's route.
- A public-service grievance: CPGRAMS provides grievance submission and status tracking. Its exclusions include RTI matters, so it is not a substitute for the RTI process.

Is this an official Government of India app?
No. The App Store description identifies INDIA 2047 as an independent civic-participation project with no Government of India affiliation.
Can the app get my RTI reply or resolve a delayed application?
No. It is a Dream Card creation and sharing app. Use the official RTI or service authority's process for your application, reply or grievance.
Will creating a card automatically share my dream with Big Helpers?
