PMAY Status Check 2026: Gramin and Urban 2.0

Village list: PMAY beneficiary list. Urban: PMAY Urban 2.0. Bookmarks: moved address.

• Village / Gram Panchayat house → PMAY-G. You need a Registration Number. If you only know the village name, use the H.1 Rural Housing Report, then copy the registration number into Search Beneficiary Details.
• City / ULB house under PMAY-U 2.0 → pmaymis.gov.in. There is no public track-by-ID for new 2.0 files; status appears only after Applicant login.
• Sanctioned but instalment missing → note the last stage + last transfer date on screen, then match the passbook. No invented SLA — ask the BDO / ULB in writing with the dated screenshot.
• Soft-link locked money hub only as CTA: PMAY-G list hub (do not rewrite locked AdSense pages).

1. Registration number → Search Beneficiary Details. Number plus captcha, nothing else.
2. No number → type the address of the H.1 Rural Housing Report, not in any menu. Pick State, district, block, panchayat, year and scheme. Your line shows the registration number, sanction date, amount released and house status.
3. Money → Awaassoft, then FTO Tracking, which needs an FTO number or PFMS ID.
4. Not sanctioned yet → AwaasPlus Beneficiary Details asks for State and a 9 digit Awaas Plus ID. Survey: Awaas+ 2024.

1. Existing file: PMAY-U 2.0 MIS → Login → Applicant login. Use the menu, because the direct address bounces home. Aadhaar number, name, then Generate OTP.
2. New file: Apply for PMAY-U 2.0, beside the ISS Subsidy Calculator.
3. Old 2015-22 file: CLSS is closed. Check with the Urban Local Body.
4. Eligibility: PMAY eligibility check.

A PMAY-G house has 7 recorded stages: House Sanction, Foundation, Plinth, Windowsill, Lintel, Roof cast, Completed. At least 3 instalments are paid.

Stage photographs are geo-referenced and time stamped on the AwaasApp, but the public report does not show them. Quote a visible inspection date and ask for the record.

Rural is pmayg.dord.gov.in. Urban 2.0 is pmaymis.gov.in. They share no database.

Not as a public search. The PMAY-G search takes a registration number or beneficiary ID and a captcha, with no Aadhaar box and no mobile lookup. The one Aadhaar route is your own Applicant login on PMAY-U 2.0: Aadhaar, name, then an OTP. Never give that OTP to anyone.

The PMAY-G Framework for Implementation gives 7 working days from the sanction order, into the registered bank or post office account. Later instalments are mapped to stages, and inspections there are linked to release.

No. Subsidy beneficiary details fall under §4(1)(b)(xii). An extract cannot be refused on privacy grounds alone, though fields may be redacted.
