+Every article carries 3-8 hashtags — section of the Act, subject (passport, pension, education…), year, court, audience. Tag pages collect every article carrying that tag, with title, description, URL path and last-modified date. The AI Drafter is embedded — pre-fill it with the tag context to draft an RTI in 60 seconds.

+Tag size in the cloud is proportional to article count. The biggest tags are the most active topics; small tags often surface niche but high-quality guides — a typical "long tail" view of the corpus. Search the cloud, sort by alphabetical / count / recent activity.
