+===== Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 =====
+The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified on 14 November 2025. These rules are not made under the RTI Act. However, Section 44(3) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which became operational on notification of these rules, replaces the proviso to Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act.
