When the portal fails

  1. Take a screenshot of the failure (payment timeout, page error)
  2. Switch to Speed Post filing (₹10 IPO + ₹22 postage = ₹32 total)
  3. Speed Post receipt is gold-standard evidence of filing date
  4. File First Appeal also by Speed Post (do not rely on portal escalation)
