What pmayg.nic.in is

Step 1 — Open pmayg.nic.in

  1. Type pmayg.nic.in in your browser. (awaassoft.nic.in works too — same database.)
  2. You'll see the AwaasSoft homepage with menus: AwaasSoft, AwaasApp, Reports, Stakeholders.
  3. Click Stakeholders in the top menu bar.
  4. From the dropdown, click IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary.

Step 2 — Beneficiary search (3 ways)

Way A — Search by Registration Number

  1. On the IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary page, enter your 12-digit Registration Number in the field provided.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. Your record displays: name, father's name, photograph, State, District, Block, Panchayat, sanction order date, and instalment status (1st / 2nd / 3rd / completion).

Way B — Search by Aadhaar

  1. On the same page, click Advanced Search.
  2. Enter your Aadhaar number (12 digits, no spaces).
  3. Optional: add State + Year for faster lookup.
  4. Click Search. The matching record appears.

Way C — Search by name

  1. Click Advanced Search.
  2. Pick State → District → Block → Panchayat from the cascading dropdowns.
  3. Enter your name + father's name in the text fields.
  4. Click Search. The system returns all matches; click your row to see the full record.

Step 3 — How to download the full village list

If you want the entire panchayat-wise PMAY-G beneficiary list 2026:

  1. From the AwaasSoft homepage, click Reports in the top menu.
  2. Pick Social Audit Reports → Beneficiary details for verification.
  3. Select State → District → Block → Panchayat → Year (pick 2026 for current).
  4. Click Get Report.
  5. The full list appears with names, registration numbers, sanction status, instalment dates, geo-tag photos.
  6. Click Excel or PDF (top-right of report) to download.

What the instalment status means

Status Meaning
Sanctioned Your application has been approved; no money released yet.
1st Instalment Released First tranche of Rs 35,000 (Plain / Hill / NE / Tribal varies) sent.
2nd Instalment Released Second tranche after foundation + plinth verification.
3rd Instalment Released Third tranche after lintel + roof verification.
Completion House complete, geo-tagged photo uploaded, final tranche released.
Reverted Block officer flagged for re-verification — contact your BDO.
Rejected Application rejected; reason in the Remarks field.

If your name is NOT on the pmayg.nic.in list

  1. Awaas+ survey — your name may not have been captured. Check via Awaas+ in the Stakeholders menu and submit an objection.
  2. SECC 2011 deprivation criteria — PMAY-G eligibility uses SECC 2011 (Socio-Economic Caste Census). If you're missing because SECC excluded you, file an Awaas+ self-survey objection.
