2. Search by khasra no / khatauni no / land owner name — Free.
3. View record on screen — Download as PDF.
4. Print as needed — For official use, certified copy from Tehsildar (Rs 30-100).
5. Mutation status: separate tab — Track namantaran applications.
6. RTI for record corrections — When incorrect data shown.

• Record incorrect — file mutation correction at Tehsildar.
• Owner not appearing — file revision application.
• Multiple owners — RTI for partition / consolidation history.
• Bhulekh portal down — visit Tehsildar office.
