After CBSE v.

Why this RTI works

After CBSE v. Aditya Bandopadhyay (SC, 2011), the evaluated answer-sheet is 'information' under §2(f). The PIO must furnish a photocopy on payment of the prescribed fee. ICAI v. Shaunak Satya (SC, 2011) clarified that the examining body's fiduciary duty does not bar disclosure to the candidate himself.
