Lokayukta + RTI course - final certificate

You have completed the 5-module Lokayukta + RTI course. The course is for anti-corruption activists, citizen vigilance watchdogs, journalists and Lokayukta-staff trainees. It pairs the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013, the state Lokayukta Acts, and the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 with the Right to Information Act, 2005 to give you a working toolkit for complaints, evidence-gathering and follow-through.

1. Module 1: Lokpal vs Lokayukta jurisdiction - which body for which public servant. Lokpal covers PM, MPs, Group A central officers. Lokayukta covers state-government officers.

4. Module 4: Prevention of Corruption Act intersection - §13(1) criminal misconduct, §17A sanction-to-prosecute requirement, and how RTI feeds the §17A request.
5. Module 5: Whistleblower protection - the Whistleblowers Protection Act, 2014, RTI safety practices for activists, anonymisation strategy.
