- Open the official website of your board or the result link announced by the board.
- Keep roll number, school number, admit card ID, date of birth or registration number ready.
- Enter details exactly as printed and download or screenshot the provisional result.
- Collect the original marksheet from school or DigiLocker when issued.
- If a subject, name, marks or status is wrong, apply for correction, verification or revaluation within the board deadline.

If the matter is stuck
- Raise a written complaint on the official portal, app, helpdesk, school, office, bank, distributor or RTO route that controls the record.
- Save the ticket number, date and reply.
- Ask for a written reason if the status is delayed, rejected, hidden or inconsistent.
- Where a public authority holds the record, RTI can ask for file status, action taken, reasons recorded, officer name/designation and copies of non-exempt records.
