Q2. What if my children are abroad?
MWPSC Tribunal still has jurisdiction; assets-within-India can be attached.

Q3. Is a transfer of property to children reversible?
Under Section 23 MWPSC, transfer without “basic amenities” commitment is voidable.

Q4. What about private old-age homes?
Not public authorities directly, but the state's licensing / regulatory record is disclosable via the Social Welfare Dept.
