Use the pack in 30 minutes

  1. Open the cheat sheet and identify the right public authority.
  2. Draft 4 to 8 clear information points. Ask for records, dates, file movement and certified copies.
  3. If filing offline, print the checklist and attach the fee unless you are exempt.
  4. Submit online or send by registered post. Save the receipt.
  5. Put a 30-day reminder in your calendar. Use the first appeal kit if the reply does not arrive.
