Module 12 — Practical PIO / FAA Workflow

Practical PIO and FAA workflow rests on four disciplines: a 90-second triage (Section 4 match, Section 8(1) check, Section 7 timeline), a five-line reasoned-order formula (scope, sub-clause, fact-to-exemption nexus, severance, appeal rights), diary management against Section 20 exposure, and a writ-proofing checklist covering Section 11 compliance, severance reasoning and speaking-order structure.

Exercise
