Retiree is entitled to full file including AG's rejection reasons, recalculation sheets, and commutation-restoration orders.
When a retiree's commutation or pension revision is disputed, they are entitled to the complete administrative file — Accountant-General's letter, PAO's verification, calculation worksheets, and any internal notings leading to the rejection. §8(1)(j) does not apply to the retiree's own file.
