The Right to Information Act, 2005 is officially available in all 22 scheduled languages of the Constitution of India. The original English version is the binding text, but Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Gujarati, Punjabi and other regional translations are widely used by state authorities.
