Tips + common mistakes
- Address: utility bill / passport / etc. (state list)
- Name: gazette notification + affidavit OR marriage certificate
- DoB: birth certificate / SSLC / passport
- Mobile + email: free at any ASK
If submitted form is rejected / delayed — file an RTI
