A patient / immediate family is entitled to detailed billing records, scheme utilisation, and treatment summaries.
A patient is a data subject in respect of their own medical information — §8(1)(j) cannot be invoked against them. Immediate family (spouse, parents, children) is entitled to billing, scheme utilisation (PMJAY/Aarogyasri), and summary treatment records in case of medical need.
